Issues with rendering

I had all kinds of trouble not seeing what I expected. I'm using the development version of Inkscape as it approaches version .45. I'm sure that is a factor. However in my user page in the english wikipedia I ask for a specific size of the image and the highlight is missing. However in the commons it looks right. Go figure. After some more research it looks like anytime the image is sized below 205px the highlight disappears. Not sure why.
