The colouration is wrong! Napoléon I did not have those colours. On Wikimedia Commons there are many portraits that are close enough to be recogniceable. Examples:

Most of them show him with black hair. If they are detailed enough you can tell he had grey eyes. (They might also have been blue-gray.) Ususly he is portrayed with light beige skin. That was probably his skin colour without suntan. It would be suitable to upload the black and white original as well if this can't be replaced.
