- In my personal assessment and based on this 1960 map, it seems that the northern boundary of the Outer Manchuria concept is not really correct in the Outerne.png map. Further, it seems implied that Sakhalin is not part of the issue here, but I don't know enough about this aspect of the issue. More authoritative maps and more sources should be pooled together so that a more objective and useful map can be generated. Parallel to File:Manchuria.png.
