Rename request

I am requesting this file be renamed from "Russian sudmarine Volk 1914" to Russian submarine Volk 1916, to a) correct the spelling of 'submarine' and b) to give the correct date: the description says the picture was taken in 1916, and this vessel hadn't been completed in 1914. I added the rename template, but the preview gave the message "file renamed already; please remove template". So, what next? Xyl 54 (talk) 00:42, 21 April 2019 (UTC)
