IPA pronunciation in image edit

In my experience "Wiktionary" is pronounced with the "a," i.e. "Wik-tion-a-ry" (like Dictionary, Pictionary, etc.). The current logo suggests the pronunciation "Wik-tion-ry" (like Wizardry).

I would suggest adjusting it to reflect the popular pronunciation. So, to rhyme with "dictionary," that would be "wɪkʃənɛɹi".

The pronunciation shown is British-based (but would not be very natural or expected in the U.S.)... AnonMoos (talk) 15:08, 4 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Not done Sorry many users have concerns about your optimization (read your user talk page). Wikimedia logos do not need to be optimized and most are not under free licence (which means you should not modify it). --PierreSelim (talk) 06:01, 12 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
