This is the documentation for QI voter, a JavaScript gadget which can be enabled or disabled in your Preferences. The script itself is located at MediaWiki:Gadget-QIvoter.js.

Per 3: click on it to activate the gadget.

Per 4: click on the description of a candidate..

This gadget makes it easy to vote candidates for Quality Image status.

Documentation edit

Activate the Gadget in your preferences.
Go to the COM:QIC candidate list.
Edit the date section that you want to review. A red bar will appear above the edit window. Click on it to activate the gadget.
Click on the description of the candidate you want to review, and then the photo will appear above the edit window with four buttons, Examine, Promote, Decline and Discuss.
Click on the button accordingly to your review.
Submit the edit. Done.

Note: The QIvoter is currently not compatible with the syntax highlighting feature. If you want to use QIvoter you need to disable syntax highlighting in the editor first. After you finished voting you can enable it again.
