Kettlebell marathon edit

A kettlebell marathon is usually 30 minutes, 1 hour or longer of kettlebell exercises like Jerk, Snatch or Long Cycle discipline. The main difference between the traditional 10 minute set is that the athlete can switch hands as often as they like. A marathon is not limited to just those exercises outside of the official kettlebell sport.
