Strings, regex, wildards

Is it possible to sort doing something like:

• "Floods" {{year}} to get filenames starting by Floods 2011 - Floods 2012 - Floods 2013,
• "Boreč" or Boreč* to get every filenames starting with Boreč,
• Multiple strings linking to filenames starting with strings like Madrid - Berlin - Jerusalem ?
