New Routemaster: LT class London buses on route 148

Route 148 was the fifth route to be fully converted to NBFL operation, with buses operated by London United in exclusive operation from 15 February 2014 (with some NBFL's appearing in service before this date, as per the phasing in practice adopted after the route 24 conversion, and as extra cover due to the tube strikes). This was the second NBFL route to be operated by London United (after route 9). Unlike previous routes, the 148 was the first conversion where it was decided the NBFL would be operated in one person mode all the time - i.e. there would be no second crew member supervising the rear door, which would now only open at stops as directed by the driver (the same as the other two doors).
