Move name

Tincture of heraldry

I want to draw attention of the community to the following discussion of the Georgian heraldry tincture. If we'll have consensus on it, then i'll start to unify tinctures of all flags with colorcodes i've proposed. Please, leave your feedback on the discussion page.
