Dependent on the number and in addition to the template categories should be categorised in:

0001 to 0099 --> Category:Utility pigeon breeds (EE 0000) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0101 to 0199 --> Category:Wattle pigeon breeds (EE 0100) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0201 to 0299 --> Category:Utility pigeon breeds (EE 0200) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0301 to 0399 --> Category:Pouter and Cropper pigeon breeds (EE 0300) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0401 to 0499 --> Category:Colour pigeon breeds (EE 0400) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0501 to 0599 --> Category:Trumpeter pigeon breeds (EE 0500) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0601 to 0699 --> Category:Structure pigeon breeds (EE 0600) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0701 to 0799 --> Category:Owl pigeon breeds (EE 0700) + Category:Pigeon breeds
0801 to (1099) --> Category:Tumbler and Highflyer pigeon breeds (EE 0800) + Category:Pigeon breeds

Numbers 0000, 0100, 0200, 0300, 0400, 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800 refer to breed groups, only. They should not get part of Category:Pigeon breeds, they do belong to Category:Pigeon breeds by EE Breed Groups.
