Please refrain from deleting it unless absolutely necessary to prevent MediaWiki documentation problems or missing images on third-party wikis utilizing MediaWiki.org documentation. It should only be deleted after finding (or uploading) a suitable replacement. If the file does not qualify for Wikimedia Commons, but does qualify for MediaWiki.org, please upload it there first before deleting from Commons.
