This template is intended to be used in circumstances where we obtain an image with minor modifications and whoever did the modifications is either unavailable or did not release them under a free license. Note that the absence of this template should not be taken as a statement that any modifications are eligible for copyright.
If you made the modifications to the image yourself, do not use this tag; instead use {{PD-retouched-user}}.
