Scans of books and newspapers, for example, may contain non-free text, illustrations or photographs even if the underlying text is itself public domain. An administrator should use revision deletion to hide the content of these previous revisions, while preserving the uploader's name and edit summary. |
Used to tag only files with previous revisions containing unnecessary and potentially non-free embedded media, which require revision deletion by an administrator.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Category:Files requiring revision deletion of non-free embedded media

This template exists for prudential reasons only. If you find another kind of copyviol in a version of a file please use the {{Copyviol}} simply asking to delete the right non free version.
The template takes no parameters.
