Template:Video user category

Adds categories to Category:Videos by user with optional sort key. The category can be changed by using cat=category_name (without the "Category:" prefix).
The main purpose is to categorize and add __HIDDENCAT__ in one step. It also allows categorization bots to easily ignore user categories.
