This subtemplate links to Wikipedia article about the Wayback machine: just one link to the article in user interface language (one of 94 languages; you see a link to the article in English).
Most probably (at least on pages in English), no parameters are needed; just write {{Wayback/link}}. The displayed text is Wayback Machine (in English). You can change the displayed text; for example: {{Wayback/link|the Wayback Machine}} (it changes just the displayed text, the link anyway points to Wikipedia article in user interface language). If the text in the first parameter in not in English, you can write the language code in the second parameter; example: {{Wayback/link|वेबैक मशीन|hi}} (Hindi). Text direction is indicated automatically if language code is provided; thus, you do not need to indicate text direction for right-to-left languages, example: {{Wayback/link|וייבאק מאשין|he}} (Hebrew).
