the contact from Bank of Estonia states that the same restrictions apply on making reproductions of EEK-s as with the euro. And some technical restritions: 'SPECIMEN' on copies, and the repro should be no better than 72 dpi. --Raul6 17:58, 25 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I see that, but I am having another user translate for me. Anyways; copyright and counterfiting are two different issues; I am more focused on the first issue. User:Zscout370 (Return fire) 22:14, 25 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
Translation is made, and was emailed copyright law. You're right; changed the template back and added the PD license. User:Zscout370 (Return fire) 06:22, 26 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I removed the PD license, because the current copyright law [1] does not have this exemption on banknotes. --Raul6 11:12, 26 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ok. Well, this doesn't resolve the copyright issue, since I do not think this is a sufficient copyright license. Since you had luck with getting a response from the Bank of Estonia, could you ask what the copyright is on the currency? If we cannot get it clarified, we need to move the images off of the Commons and onto, for example, English Wikipedia. User:Zscout370 (Return fire) 18:23, 26 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
