This template should not categorize into Category:GFDL, as this category is used for files with GDFL version 1.2 or later. Instead this should categorize into Category:GFDL-1.3+, which I just generated and linked to the appropriate Wikidata item. Please update:

• [[Category:GFDL|{{PAGENAME}}]] with [[Category:GFDL-1.3+|{{PAGENAME}}]]
• Remove {{In category|GFDL}} as new target is already part of the documentation
