Usability?

This template is rather problematic. No state recognizes Abkhazia, so no court outside Abkhazia will consider their copyright law. On the other hand, in US law, the works under this template are works-for-hire (works made for Abkhaz government), and they are protected by copyright which is owned by Abkhaz government. Thus, even if we did not recognize the government of Abkhazia, we might argue that its legislation by which it denounces copyright to works owned by it amounts to a free licence. Thus, I recommend that we keep this template. --MPorciusCato 10:49, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
