Start date edit
The Cornell table indicates that this rule applies to all works first published at any point in 1978. The current wording of the template, however, is ambiguous about whether works published in 1978 are covered by this rule or not. Should the template be revised to read: "...between January 1, 1978 and March 1, 1989..."? — Werewombat (talk) 21:24, 10 March 2013 (UTC)
Remove/fix leftover cruft edit
