Return to "WikiAfrica/Doualart" page.

I am easing the OTRS ticket from the doual'art template. It is just too big on the pages. hope it is not a problem. we can always put it back when we want. --iopensa (talk) 21:52, 6 May 2013 (UTC)

Unclear licenseEdit

ticket:2011101310013458 or at least {{WikiAfrica/Doualart}} is used on over 3k files however as far as I can tell the text of OTRS certifies that "project descriptions, biographies, description of artworks" are CC but "images belong to the artists and they are not in CC BY-SA unless differently stated in the website". It seems to me that since file descriptions are short and not a literary works they are not copyrightable and the OTRS template is not covering anything relevant to individual images and should be removed.

Each file's license should be reviewed to make sure that it matches the license on the website, and verified files should use {{LicenseReview|site=|user=|date=}} template. I tested a few files using this template and they do not seem to have a link to the actual page with the artwork, only the main page of the website, so it might be hard to verify the license.

Finally many files using this OTRS and template do not have a license, See below
