Narration

On a stroll through Priest Point Park, I encountered an small fern. The sun had not penetrated the forest canopy, and this small plant was edged with crystals from a morning frost.
Branches reaching towards the sky, taking root in the hazy atmosphere.
A winding path downslope, keeping visitors from trampling the nearby plants.

Narration

We stood on the stairs of the capitol and demanded liberty, justice, and peace.
We stood on the stairs of the capitol and demanded clean energy, a hopeful future, and respect for the Earth.
We stood on the stairs of the capitol and spoke our voices in protest of the injustice done to those who cannot yet speak.
Even the polar bear paid a visit to speak out.
We have only one planet upon which the sun rises. Every day is Earth day.
Our appetite for coal, oil, and natural gas is affecting our entire planet.
