User:Dcrjsr/gallery of Duke Forest plants
These Duke Forest pictures of trees, flowers, and mushrooms are taken in the Korstian Division, mostly within the area between Mt. Sinai Road and and Whitfield Road, and between Piney Mountain and the concrete bridge; central coordinates are 35°59'28"N 79°00'50"W. For identifications I use the tree, bush, and flower sections of Will Cook's (Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke) web site [1] and the National Audubon Society eastern section field guides to trees and to wildflowers.
