نگاهی اجمالی edit

CommonsHelper یک ابزار نرم‌افزاری برای انتفال یک پرونده از یک ویکی ویکی‌مدیا به ویکی‌انبار است که آن پرونده بتواند در همهٔ ویکی‌ها استفاده شود. این ابزار می‌تواند به دو راه استفاده گردد:

کپی مستقیم از یک ویکی ویکی‌مدیا به انبار. یک پرچسپ بر روی پروندهٔ اصلی می‌ماند که کپی را توضیح می‌دهد.
فرایند دو مرحله‌ای- که تصویر و فرادادهٔ آن از یک ویکی پدیا به میزکار محلی منتقل می‌شود و سپس از میزکارتان به ویکی‌انبار. یک برچسپ بر روی صفخهٔ پروندهٔ اصلی کپی را توضیح می‌دهد.

شیوهٔ دوم منعطف‌تر است و اجازهٔ ویرایش فراداده را می‌دهد، شیوهٔ نخست با یک تصویر به‌خوبی سندشده سرعتر است. CommonsHelper از ابزارهای دیگری برای یافتن رده‌ها مناسب انبار استفاده می‌کند و اطلاعات صفحهٔ ویکی‌مدیا را در شیوهٔ قابل قبول در انبار بازنویسی می‌نویسند.

دستور العمل edit

به منظور افزودن یک تصویر توسط این برنامه ، مراحل زیر را طی کنید:

برنامه Commonshelper را باز کنید.
اطلاعات خواسته شده را پر کنید :
- "کد زبان(Language code)": کد زبان پروژه مورد نظر ، جایی که در حال حاضر تصویر در آن جا است را پر کنید . برای مثال en.wikipedia.org" خواهد شد "en".
- " نام تصویر (Image name)":نام تصویری که می خواهید به ویکی مدیا آپلود کنید را وارد کنید که می تواند باشد :"Six.GIF" (پسوند "Image:"را وارد نکنید).
- "نام تازه(New name)":تنها وقتی که خودتان تصویری را آپلود کرده اید و می خواهید نام آن را تغییر دهید از این گزینه استفاده کنید.
- "پروژه(Project)": مقدار پیش فرض "wikipedia" است و شما تنها مجبورید اگر از پروژه ای دیگر رونوشت می کنید آن را تغییر دهید . مانند wikibooks, wiktionary, یا wikisource.
پس از انجام مراحل بالا در پایین آنهاچهار گزینه وجود دارد:
- "از ویکی سنس برای پیشنهاد رده ها استفاده کنید(Use WikiSense to suggest categories)": به طور پیش فرض انتخاب شده است . این از یک ابزار دیگر برای پیشنهاد دادن رده ها به منظور اضافه کردن به تصویر استفاده خواهد کرد .ایده خوبی برای رها کردن این گزینه در همان حالت پیش فرض است.
- "پاک کردن رده های موجود(Remove existing categories)": رده هایی را که احتمالا در این برنامه شبیه خواهند بود را پاک کند.فکر خوبی است که آن را انتخاب کنید.
- "نادیده گرفتن هشدارها (بازنویسی کردن تصاویر موجود)Ignore warnings (overwrite existing images)": اگر می خواهید تصویرتان روی تصویری که موجود است آپلود شود از این گزینه استفاده کنید . بهتر است این گزینه انتخاب نشود.
- "بدون درنگ تصویر را آپلود کن Directly upload file (using commons user name 'File Upload Bot (Magnus Manske)')":اگر این گزینه انتخاب شود فایل به طور خودکار آپلود خواهد شد . شما این متن را می بینید ،اما بخت این را که آن را ویرایش کنید پیدا نمی کنید.
حالا روی دگمه "Get text" کلیک کنید . ممکن است چندین ثانیه تا چنیدین دقیقه برای نمایان شدن یک صفحه تازه طول بکشد.
- اگر شما گزینه Directly upload file را انتخاب کرده باشید ، با کلیک بر روی دگمه "Get text" صفحه ای با یک فیلد متنی پرشده با ویکی کد نمایش داده خواهد شد ، در پایین یک پیام نشان داده می شود که می گوید :

[Add {{NowCommons}}] or delete the original image straight away.

The uploading process is now complete, there is a link to the uploaded file, which can be seen and edited to add additional categories and geocode.

Press the button [Add {{NowCommons}}]. You are taken to edit page of the original image. A template {{subst:ncd|Image:name of new image}} has been written in the edit window; leave it as is. Give the heading name 'Transfer' and save. The exit tagging process is now complete. The complete job is finished.

Alternatively, you may wish to edit the image, or add a licence, or change other items in the Metadata before it goes onto commons. Then you must leave the Directly upload file box un-checked .

Clicking the "Get text" button will display a page of wiki code. You now change the wiki text before the image is uploaded to Wikimedia Commons.
- If no valid licence can be found describing the source image, the following message will be displayed: This image has no verificable good license, and can thus not be uploaded to commons through this tool. Do not upload the image to Commons, as the license is most likely not allowed on Commons.
Open the image by left clicking on the file name beneath the edit box.
right click on the image and select "Save image as". Remember the location where you have saved the image. You will need it later. Use the back icon on your browser twice to return to the form.
Press the button "[Upload at commons]", this takes you to the standard Wikimedia Commons upload form. All the information will be automatically transfered, including any changes you made. You may add further 'Categories' and 'geocoding' here.
Browse to the image location that you remembered earlier. Select the image. Don't change the name of the image as this will break all the links in the Wikipedia pages that are using it, unless you have a very good reason.
Click "[Upload file]" to upload the file. The uploading process is now complete.
Press the button [Add {{NowCommons}}]. You are taken to edit page of the original image. A template {{subst:ncd|Image:name of new image}} has been written in the edit window – leave it as is. Give the heading name 'Transfer' and save. The exit tagging process is now complete. The complete job is finished.

پیام های خطا edit

اگر مجوز معتبری برای منبع تصویرپیدا نشود . پیام زیر نمایش داده خواهد شد :
This image has no verifiable good license, and can thus not be uploaded to commons through this tool.
ترجمه : این تصویر هیچ مجوز خوب قابل اثبات ندارد و در نتیجه از طریق این ابزار نمی تواند آپلود شود.
این تصویر را آپلود نکنید زیرا مجوز آن تقریبا در Commons اجازه داده نشده است.

تذکر edit

اضافه کردن ?interface={{CONTENTLANGUAGE}}&image={{PAGENAME}}&lang={{CONTENTLANGUAGE}} در پایان نشانی وب بسیاری از داده های موردنیاز را پر خواهد کرد.
