Michael dale is a developer, and uploads ~many~ test images

mdale works on the Add Media Wizard Due to the complexities of cross site , cross upload mechanism ( firefogg, browser iframe etc) and the need to test across may web browsers. I have to upload a lot of test images. I am generally pretty good about deleting them.
