- Amateur photographer since 1964.
- In 1980, he organized the Travin Cycling Club.
- In the former USSR, he rode a bicycle: the entire European part of the country, as well as the mountains of the Caucasus, Altai, Sihote-Alin, Kamchatka, and the Northern Urals.
- Bike marathons in Hamburg (from Audax Club Parisien) in 1998: 200, 300, 400, 600 km. The first super bike marathon runner from Ukraine.
- The first officially registered cyclist pilgrim (Russian and Ukrainian at the same time) on the Jacobsway in Spain (1999, 6000 km, two months of travel: Paris - Chartres - Tours - Bordeaux - Biarritzas - Pau - Lourdes - Pyrenees Pedestrian Pass - Jaca - Pamplona - Logrono - Burgos - Leon - Astorga - Ponferrada - Sarria - Santiago de Compostela - Pontevedra - Portugal - Fatima - Tomar - Spain - Segovia - Soria - Zaragoza - Lleida - Andorra - France - Perpignan - Montpellier - Avignon - Lyon - Dijon - Metz - Luxembourg - Schengen - Germany - along total Moselle - Koblenz - Bonn - Cologne - Dusseldorf.
- Participation in Wikipedia no later than May 20, 2008.
- Employee (reader, Vorleser) of the Russian Orthodox Church in Germany. Awarded Patriarch Cyril Order of the Russian Church (Order of St. Sergei Radonezh).
