@Chronus: Creio que quem deva editar com mais atenção é você. A predefinição que usou como licença não pode ser utilizada e está inclusive escrito em negrito, para que até mesmo pessoas com pouca atenção notarem que não deve ser utilizada. Segundo, aquilo não é "eliminação rápida" (isso pode ajudar, se as dúvidas persistirem). Apesar de desfazer minha edição em sua página de discussão, fico feliz que ela tenha servido para alguma coisa: arrumou a licença da imagem. Parabéns!! Érico (msg) 19:19, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

Não tenho tempo a perder com provocações juvenis. Estou preocupado apenas com o projeto e com a ilustração dos artigos, não com questões burocráticas como esta, que aliás você mesmo deveria ter corrigido, ao invés de mandar avisos padrozinados e deixar um arquivo importante sob o risco de ser elimando. A propósito, sugiro que faça algo útil e proponha aquela predefinição que inclui na foto para eliminação, visto que, como você bem salientou, ela não serve para desde que a política de direitos autorais da Secretária de Imprensa mudou. Ninguém é obrigado a saber deste tipo de coisa. Por fim, a julgar pela quantidade avisos que vi em sua página de discussão, sua resposta não deveria ser tão presunçosa. Falta coerência. @Chronus: Prezar pelo licenciamento correto de imagens não é "provocação juvenil" e muito menos "questão burocrática", é regra. Imagens com licenciamento errado são enviadas para eliminação. A predefinição não pode ser eliminada porque é usada como licença para imagens da época em que o site permitia que todas as suas imagens tivessem licença compatível ao Commons. E, claro, ninguém é obrigado a saber que a política mudou, mas, justamente por este motivo que foi escrito em negrito que ela não pode ser utilizada a partir de 2011. Também não entendendo toda a sua raiva em relação aos avisos... eu lhe fiz um grande favor. Se carregasse muitas imagens com aquela licença, poderia ser bloqueado sem dó nem piedade. Ainda sobre os avisos, eles são educativos e ensinam os usuários sobre como licenciar corretamente imagens. É difícil encontrar usuários que conheçam todas as licenças de todos os países; eu não sou uma exceção e não me envergonho disso. Érico (msg) 03:19, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

@Stas1995: Administrators blocks open proxies to prevent abuses of them. Vandals often use open proxies to evade a block, before the m:NOP policy was started. Yes, there are also innocent users using open proxies, but they can request the IP block exemption right and explain why they need to use an open proxy (for example, the Great Firewall of China).
