Deleted Lojze Grozde

I do not now understand yet, why is deleted photo from Lojze Grozde with name: Perko Lojze-Grozde 99.jpg

I had premission from photograph, my brother. Now I have permission from autor of picture, Tomaž Perko too. He has not e-mail, so wrote to me permission with hand on 11th August, 2010. Do not be angry, Abigor, and answer me. Thank you very much. --91.148.65.133 19:01, 28 August 2010 (UTC)

The file was deleted because it didn't had a valid license for Wikimedia Commons, feel free to re-upload the file again and add a good license on it.

BTW, did you notice Commons:Undeletion requests/Current requests#File:Coca Cola 200ml Chinese stubby.jpg? If it's just a bottle with the Coca-Cola logo on the label, it should be fine; the logo is {{PD-1923}}. –Tryphon^☂ 07:49, 5 September 2010 (UTC)

I undeleted the subject to take a look at it per Commons:Undeletion requests/Current requests. I can't see anything wrong -- as the undelete says, the Coke bottle is long since PD and the rest is just text. We have many Coke bottles on Commons. De-adminship

My last de-adminship warning was in Feb 2010 at which point I signed the list, and have carried out some tasks since then. I was not warned one month in advanced on the September 10. I noticed another warning was posted in April, but was reverted by another user before I read it, nor did I receive the required e-mail. "Nay". Commons requires permission for commercial use, which is clearly outside of the scope of the ASL license. You might be able to upload it to Wikipedia as "fair use" if no other images of the man are available. BTW, this is the sort of question that is better asked at The Village Pump rather than an individual Admin's talk page. Hi Huib! You deleted this file along with a lot of other files (mass deletion). I agree that many files should be deleted but was it on purpose this file was deleted too? To me this just looks like a box with some text and a very small logo. --MGA73 (talk) 16:17, 21 September 2010 (UTC)
