uncategorized when categorized
The bot tags files as uncategorized even if those files do have categories, but they were not yet created at the time the bot came across them. Why?

- These are from today for example, A, B, C, D, E, from today. This is causing massive amounts of categorized tags to be tagged. In many of these cases, the uploaded creates the category a little after uploading. --CyberXRef☎ 18:49, 12 March 2014 (UTC)
- The only category on the images Category:Jiexiu Emperor Guan Temple doesn't exist so the image is tagged as uncategorized. User should have created the category so the images wouldn't have been tagged. Multichill (talk) 18:17, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
