¿Desde cuando las banderas y los escudos tienen copyright? Te lo pregunto en serio, no sé si eso es posible.

Te has equivocado

La imagen Ayuntamiento de Melilla.jpg, debe ser destruida, ya que ese no es el Ayuntamiento de Melilla, sino el edificio Juan Carlos I Rey nº1 (no confundir con la imagen Ayuntamientomelilla.jpg). La verdad es que no entiendo nada; ¿cómo co** voy a saber cual es el origen de cada imagen? Si una imagen no tiene copyright, ¿cuál es el problema? Te juro que no lo entiendo, pero tú sabrás. Podías poner algo de tu parte ¿sabes?. Todo lo que hago está hecho de buenas intenciones, y parece que soy una "vándala". Me dices que yo sé de donde procede cada imagen; ¿acaso tú no lo sabes? ¿no he dejado claro su procedencia e incluso su autor? ¿cómo puede ser esto un delito? Si las fotos fuesen mías, a mí no me importaría que la demás gente las utilizarse ¿a quién le va a importar?. Me parece razonable lo que dices

Me has dejado muy claro todas mis dudas, pero tengo varias preguntas más que hacerte.

¿Por qué sólo borras las imágenes de Ceuta y melilla? ¿Qué clase de licencia tiene el escudo de Andalucía?, ¿y la bandera de Cartagena? ¿me puedes explicar de dónde procede el escudo de Cantabria? Etc... (no quiero ni hablar del escudo de Cataluña que aparecen en la Wikipedia en español)Si es que siempre salen perjudicados los de siempre.

Foto del Muni

En realidad esa foto tiene su historia. Tal parece que el fotografo que tomo esa foto la vendiò a varios hinchas del muni, entre ellos a la pàgina web de la hinchada. Entonces, ambos la subimos y ahora aparece como que està en copyvio. Yo puedo dar fe que no hay copyvio porque conozco al fotografo y èl me dio la foto. Sin embargo, creo que el problema va a mantenerse hasta que no se borre esta foto. En ese sentido, que se borre, no hay problema, ya conseguire otra foto mas actual y exclusiva para la wiki. Lo siento, pero esta vez no llevas razón.

Dado que la legislación catalana y la española es la misma en lo referente a derechos de autor, no hay adaptación a la legislación catalana de las licencias CC, sino sólo a la legislación catalana.

Pretender traducir esta licencia es absurdo: ¿por qué esta y no las demás? ¿Por qué sólo al catalán? ¿Por qué en una plantilla separada?

Lo que debe hacerse es incluir las traducciones catalana y gallega a {{Cc-by-sa-2.5-es}}, como se ha hecho con algunas otras licencias, y no crear una plantilla nueva... --Dodo 12:48, 7 November 2005 (UTC) PD: Ya añadía el catalán a {{Cc-by-sa-2.5-es}}, seguro que con algún error ortográfico. ¿Te atreves con el gallego?

A mí me da igual una plantilla separada o dentro de la misma, pero creí que sería menos problemático (psicológicamente) para los castellanoparlantes hacerla separada. Pero en lo que no es cierto, es que los términos de CC-BY-SA en catalán se trate de una "traducción" de los mismos términos en "español", aunque se refiera al mismo ámbito legal. De hecho, el letrado académico que promovió la licencia CC en España[1], que es uno de la Universidad de Barcelona, lo redactó primero en catalán y luego en castellano. Fíjate que hasta pone "Espanya" en catalán, y no en castellano para la sección española.

Si el criterio es hacer una plantilla por ámbitos jurisdiccionales legales en vez de versiones idiomáticas, me parece bien, y hasta me sorprendería que se aceptara de buen grado esta forma, ya que para muchos somos unos "necionalistas" (no odiamos ninguna nación, dicho sea de paso, ni debería ser delito poder estimar otra identidad nacional). You're right ! It's a French sculptor, and I misleadingly thought that french laws applied. But it seems to depends on the locatin of the sculpture (Seems ok for Italy and Germany, but French laws where badely designed, and prevent us to use a photo from a publicly exposed sculpture without the agrement of the right-owners)... Hola, no se con exactitud y en profundidad cómo funciona todo esto de las licencias y tal. Lo que me refieres de "Mujeres Libres", no se que tenga o carezca derechos de autor. ¿Tiene ISBN esta revista? O simplemente se publicaba estilo panfleto. Parece poco probable que un grupo de aquella época que se autodesignaba revolucionario tubiera registrados los derechos intelectuales de sus obras o algo así, por eso lo he subido, realmente quería ponerle otra categoría que hay, PD-inegible o algo parecido. --KillOrDie 22:30, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

Hola de nuevo. No sabía que funcionara así. Pensaba que si algo no contaba con registro (un panfleto, un texto anónimo, una hoja volandera y similares) era subible, aunque imagino que habrá legislación para todos los supuestos, así que solo me queda preguntarte qué se hace en estos casos... (quiero decir en un caso como este en el que material subido podría contar con registro, aunque me parece extremadamente improvable). ¿Cómo se borra algo?

Not a copyvio

Images Image:Askolacoa.jpg, Image:Loviisacoa.jpg and Image:Ruotsinpyhtaacoa.jpg, that you tagged as copyvio, are not a copyvio, even though they come from Kunnat.net, a website whose content is otherwise copyrighted. A statement made by the Finnish Copyright Council:

"[...] tekijänoikeusneuvosto katsoo, että kunnallislain 14 §:n ja kuntalain 6 §:n perusteella hyväksytyt kunnanvaakunat ovat osa kyseistä kunnanvaakunan hyväksymispäätöstä ja että ne [vaakunat] tekijänoikeuslain 9 §:ssä tarkoitetun viranomaisen päätöksen osana jäävät vaille tekijänoikeussuojaa." (1997:11)

As far as I understand, this means all depictions of Finnish coats of arms, made by whomever, are not copyrighted.

The Council also states that:

"Eräät teokset, joiden käyttämiseen kohdistuu voimakas julkisuusintressi, on tekijänoikeuslain 9 §:n säännöksellä jätetty tekijänoikeussuojan ulkopuolelle.

The coats of arms of Finnish municipalities fall under this.

If you know for sure it is a copyvio, then it doesn't matter how much explaining the uploader can do, it won't change it. Therefore such cases should be deleted on sight. Non-admins can tag them for speedy deletion.

If you are not sure, then it should not be tagged for speedy deletion. Either don't tag it until the uploader responds, or put it on COM:DEL for discussion, or mark it as no source/no license if appropriate. Speedy deletion should not be a holding pattern to wait while we find out things, it should be the last stage when we're certain and all that needs to happen is an admin to step in and delete. Imagenes con licencia

Hola Dodo. Sobre las imágenes que me has borrado, perdona pero no creo que los escudos de los municipios tengan derechos de autor (¿quién es el autor de algo que puede tener cientos de años?) ni estén registrados ni nada parecido, yo he indicado la fuente y supongo que eso es suficiente. Respecto a los logos de empresas no recuerdo que licencia puse en FEVE pero he visto en algunas imágenes que se indica que es una marca registrada, pero no se cual licencia de las de la lista es esa. ¿Con que licencia se deben subir este tipo de imágenes? ¿Con copyright pero se permite el uso...? ¿o es que no se pueden utilizar logos? en wikipedias de otros idiomas si los utilizan. Hola Dodo. Tengo varios borradores de siluetas de chips en DIL (básicamente la silueta + la numeración) y sobre ella añado los textos. Como cada cual los codifica de forma diferente, suelo usar inicialmente una captura del texto de la hoja de características y luego voy escribiendo los textos (verás que los DDx se ven mucho más claramente que los DAx, por ej). Pero cuando ví el SVG que hay sobre el 6502, decidí que es mucho mejor, y los volveré a crear con ese formato. Para no perder el trabajo ya hecho, hasta que lo tenga currado lo subí con la conversión a medias. Si miras con detalle verás que, excepto la curva y el punto, el resto son rectas puras uniformes, algo que no consigues con un escanner. --museo8bits

No borres mis fotos

Desde el primer momento en que publiqué estas fotos que yo mismo he tomado éstas han sido atacadas. La verdad no me importa si las borras. No me molestaria que Wikipedia rechazara todas las fotos que le cedí gratuitamente. La proxima vez no seré tan tonto de publicar mis fotos sin recibir compensación económica.--Tequendamia 15:52, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
