Farsari

Hello Esby, I have added on some of the picture's talkpages extra info and gave them categories. I'd like to aks you, if these pictures had extra frames like this File:Farsari_rickshaw.jpg? And are they glued to the album or removable? I am pretty sure that I have seen the cover and the back of this album elsewhere, but I still not found it. Sorry. I still can't access the album, but I was able to had a look on the intermediate files I had on my hard drives:

• File:Japon-1886-06.jpg was indeed not the correct one. I moved it to File:Japon-1886-22b.jpg.
• The photographs were glued on the paper, the paper is white (or near white) and has no extra frames, except for one photograph [1] corresponding to File:Japon-1886-07.jpg.

Hi Esby, we in de.wikipedia are going to try to put these two image together again (de:Wikipedia:Fotowerkstatt#.22stitching.22_needed). I thought it is maybe worth to start with the originals. Could you please upload them? Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 13:32, 27 August 2010 (UTC)

well sure, I noticed the request on de, besides, are we sure the image can be stitched together? I'll try to look on that this evening. Esby (talk) 13:59, 27 August 2010 (UTC)

I checked the two photos with a panorama by Kusakabe Kimbei[2] and they are adherent. I am not able to stitch, and I know that there should be something overlapping. I thought I just ask. :) Sorry, if I disturb. Regards --Catfisheye (talk) 15:07, 27 August 2010 (UTC)
