Hva mener du med at han var på Karmøy? Disse referanser har ingenting med noe av dette å gjøre. Om hans far var fra Vestfold eller Oppland er jo ett interessant spørsmål, men han arvet også Sogn, fra sin far Halvdan Svarte. Snorre sier at Halvdan ble født på Toten, og at han regjerte over store områder i Oppland i tillegg til Vestfold (og Sogn), så de to påstandene er jo ikke så veldig langt i fra hverandre likevel. Jau, Snorri sier det. Men du kan lese fra historiker Claus Krag, at de ikke stemmer. Den Kart viser situation efter Slaget. Da var han herre over Stavanger og di territorier som hadde sine fiender. Hi Fingalo, with regret I see you actions against images from Denmark in respect of sculpture and (no) freedom of panorama. As far as the images are taken in the Netherlands (i.e. the city of Groningen) your opinion is wrong. In the Netherlands there is Freedom of Panorama for architecture and sculpture (as in Germany and Austria). Per Kirkeby's work is of course to be seen in the public space and that for years now. I have kept the image of Knut Steen, but I would be very interested to hear why you nominated it for deletion. If there has been some communication with Knut Steen about this that information should be made avvailable, if there has not been such communication every picture at commons depicting a person should be nominated for deletion following your logic. Jeg reverterte ikke din "deletion request" for bildene av Knut Steen, men ettersom user:Nina-no skrev at hun hadde fått tillatelse til bruk av bildene fra Knut Steen avsluttet jeg slettediskusjonen med behold (kept) siden de lovparagrafer du oppga i nominasjonen ikke kommer til anvendelse her. Når en deletion request er avsluttet skal {{Delete}} fjernes fra de nominerte bildene. Det er ellers slik at for bilder av offentlige personer tatt på offentlig sted er det ikke nødvendig med eksplisitt tillatelse fra den avbildede person for å kunne lisensiere bildet under CC-BY-SA. Jeg forstår ikke helt din interesse for danske regler, og måske en manglende forståelse for dem.

Du skriver selv at de danske regler forbyder kommersielle billeder med en skulptur som hovedmotiv. dvs. at hvis jeg vil udgive en kunstkalender med udvalgte skulpturer skal det ske med kunstnerens godkendelse. Billeder stillet til rådighed for en ikke kommersiel udnyttelse og med det formål at dokumentere skulpturen falder ikke ind under omtalte.
