Hi Floris2132, in case the IP comments on the talkpage of AtomicGagou are yours: while I can understand your frustration, you don't need to get nervous. It is not AtomicGagou who will decide this deletion request and I have quite an idea why she behaves like that. --Túrelio (talk) 06:12, 3 May 2013 (UTC)

  • Thanks for your help! I am not nervous the image will be deleted because the claim is bogus. But I myself would not use an image that has a 'Nominated for deletion - Copyright uncertain' banner on it. And I want people to use the image as often as they want. That's I was pushing for action. Floris2132 (talk) 07:02, 3 May 2013 (UTC)

Hi Floris2132, I have now early-closed all 5 DRs by AtomicGagou. As of yet I've never seen such a behaviour, see Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems#User:AtomicGagou and bogus_DR. In case, you want to remove the uncropped native image, as you had uploaded it mainly as evidence, feel free to request it, but don't wait too long. --Túrelio (talk) 22:55, 3 May 2013 (UTC)

  • Thank you very much. I will request deletion of the uncropped version. Floris2132 (talk) 05:54, 4 May 2013 (UTC)
    • Congrats - there is the solution you deserved. --Maxxl2 - talk 12:49, 4 May 2013 (UTC)
