@Avron: Fæ has been inactive here for years, so he isn't likely to anwser. By "DVIDS" do you mean Defense Visual Information Distribution Service or something else? And, yes, if the images are on Flickr there are several tools for uploading from there, as long as the images in question on Flickr are marked as being either public domain or free-licensed. https://flickr2commons.toolforge.org/ is probably the most mature tool; Flickypedia presumably has the most promising future. - Jmabel ! talk 21:53, 7 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for jumping in. Yes, I mean Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. But unfortunately not all images from DVIDS are on on flickr. So it seems that there is no automatic way (like for flickr) to import them commons. Avron (talk) 07:09, 8 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
