That is a disputed matter. The rules do not, in fact, call for images to be decategorized on the grounds that they are in galleries. Goldfritha 21:35, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Romantic Orientalist paintings

Hi Goldfritha, can you explain to me what you meant by https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Romantic_Orientalist_paintings? I allways thought that Orientalist works of art are by definition 'romantic', because they romanticize the 'East'.
