Syria secular stateEdit

@LogFTW:, I think I'd disagree with Syria being a secular state, at least, according to the information I found at the United Nations. According to Article Three of the 2012 Syrian Constitution, the President must be a Muslim and "Islamic jurisprudence shall be a major source of legislation". That doesn't seem very secular to me if the head of state must be a certain religion and laws are mandated to be enacted based upon a certain religion's teachings, all specified in said country's constitution.
