- My legal challenge, With All Due Respect to my almost Daily Talk Page Visitor Nominator: why don't you just email your specific FOP Deletions to the DOJ Secretary or IPO Directors, and await the Replies, before your ask for Deletions? While trickles of deletions may not be bad for Commons, they are bad precedents for snakes waiting to bite; meaning therefore, the Smart One and Check-user may use the push button deletion as precedents to Again Again and Again Continue Mass Deletions to the irreparable damage and injury to Commons Wikimedia Foundation ownership of all these photos;

- How many times I will tell you that copyright may subsist in government-commissioned works? For your reference, see COM:Philippines#Government works and COM:Philippines#Commissioned works. There's no need for another query to IPOPHL et cetera: IPOPHL has quoted relevant passages from R.A. 8293 that a government-owned work doesn't necessarily mean it isn't copyrighted. Refer to Section 176.3 of the copyright law. Also, see Sec. 178.4 for rules on commissioned works: unless "there is a written stipulation on the contrary", the due treatment is that the person who created the work owns the commissioned work, while the owner only owns physical ownership. Take note, much of your statement claiming that only Commons admins will take action if the copyright holder sends notice do not comply with COM:Project scope/Precautionary principle: Commons cares for the copyright holders most especially those who designed or created the works that are found in the image (including sculptures and buildings), even if many people do not. Only when FOP is introduced here is when we can now host images of your problematic buildings and sculptures. Per Commons policy on respecting copyrights deletion first is the right approach. Commons already has experienced tremedous loss for deletions of thousands of w:Burj Khalifa images, see Category:Burj Khalifa-related deletion requests. See also Category:Louvre Pyramid-related deletion requests/deleted. Category:French FOP cases/deleted alone has more than 2,000 case pages, perhaps including thousands of deleted images. I stay and remain Neutral on Nominations to delete my photos: Good afternoon from hereat Bulacan, Philippines : I was informed by 2 Church workers that they are very willing to answer my queries and or refer them to the Central Office regarding architect engineers, but they said that all their Churches are in Google, and Philippine Arena is not built just for them but for all the Filipino people
- Prefatory: With all due respect, as a very deep Roman Catholic member I created the Category:Eduardo V. Manalo Created by User:Judgefloro 16:40, 8 November 2014 Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo (Filipino: Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan ng Iglesia ni Cristo) and photographs thousands of their Churches in Luzon;
- I talked and discussed for 20 minutes with 2 Manggagawa or INC workers-officers of Bulacan District Office of the Iglesia ni Cristo; in Baliuag Category:Iglesia Ni Cristo churches in Baliuag, Bulacan
- Verbally, I was informed that all their Churches in Philippines and abroad are owned and adminstered by the Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo (Filipino: Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan ng Iglesia ni Cristo) - in Central Office; all the architects of all their Churches are Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo (Filipino: Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan ng Iglesia ni Cristo); Category:Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo
- The only difference between my/our Catholic Churches and their Churches, is that there are no statues, and all the moral rights of architects are transferred Ipso Facto that is Inherent (law) in the Church buildings owned and administered by the Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan ng Iglesia ni Cristo) - while our Titutar Bishop or Archbishop of the Diocese of the Parish Church building owns the Church and accessories, statues, and more importantly including the 100% transferred absolute and moral rights of the architects and engineers; see Administration and organization Architecture
- Repeatedly, the 2 Members workers underscored to me that taking photos of their Churches are permitted and they even told me to open Google images of their Church Panorama; permission is only needed to take photos inside the Church;
- However in the case of Category:Philippine Arena which Category I myself created per 4:14, 21 December 2013 by Ramon FVelasquez (talk | contribs) (Create) - more importantly the Photos I took on the Open Church to all Religions on 8 November 2014, 16:41:17 ; Permission to take these photos of the Thanksgiving Pasasalamat Prayer Nationwide thereat, was expressly granted to me by the Bulacan District Office of the Iglesia ni Cristo; in Baliuag
- Note on 8 November 2014, 16:41:17 Lingap Pamamahayag sa Mamamayan Medical, Dental Mission of November 8, 2014 - Philippine Arena beside the Philippine Sports Stadium of the, and located in and part of the - Ciudad de Victoria, Iglesia Ni Cristo - 140-hectare tourism enterprise zone in Barangays Duhat, Igulot, Bolacan of Bocaue, Bulacan and Tabing Bakod or Santo Tomas and Mahabang Parang of Santa Maria, Bulacan - including therein being constructed are New Era University, New Era University Bocaue Campus & Eraño G. Manalo (EGM) Medical Center, an 11-storey modern hospital with 1000-bed capacity.
- The Architecture Populous (company) never diminished the fact that Administration and organization Architecture owns all the moral rights fully transferred to the Administration and organization IArchitecture by any and all architects engineers;
- The 2 workers informed me that as National Philippine Cultural Heritage, it was build not only for Members of Iglesia ni Cristo but for all Filipinos;

Balance of interests and Clear and present danger
- By way of rejoinder, I strongly state that I stay neutral, and I AM NOT in favor of excluding the Philippines from COM:PCP, all, with due respect to opposite views of Filipino editors who worked hard to take photos of National Treasures and Landmarks (they would not like their photos deleted); the precautionary principle is based on good and not bad law, but it has exceptions also in American and Philippine Jurisprudence;
- Both the Balance of interests and Clear and present danger doctrines were adopted by both the Supreme Court of the United States and Philippines "to determine under what circumstances limits can be placed on First Amendment freedoms (Bill of Rights) of speech, press, or assembly. The test was replaced in 1969 with Brandenburg v. Ohio's "imminent lawless action" test." The tests vis-à-vis the FOP Copyright Infringement provisos or sections of our Law should enlighten us on the matter of editing if ever, the Commons policies; " I end xxx with a reminder from Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes - that the market place of ideas is still the best alternative to censorship. The market place of ideas makes freedom of speech robust and allows people to be more tolerant of opposing views. It has been said that freedom of speech is not only to freely express oneself within the context of the law but also to hear what others say, that all may be enlightened, regardless of how obnoxious or erroneous the opposing views may be (Abrams v. United States, 250 U.S. 616, 40 S. Ct. 17, 63 L. Ed. 1173 - 1919)"
- The very lis mota or crux of the matter as far as FOP Nominations for deletions boils down to the following: a) whether or not the Commons community of editors would first delete, then undelete later if the IPO Directors or DOJ Secretary will rule otherwise, or if Congress will pass a FOP in the Philippines b) whether or not the Commons community of editors would vote to put on hold all deletions pending issuance of clear and specific replies from the IPO Directors or DOJ Secretary and c) whether or not the Commons community of editors would vote or are in favor of excluding the Philippines from COM:PCP?;

- No objection to the deletion and Maraming Salamat po sa inyong pagtangkilik at paglilinis ng puspusan sa aking mga Road and Landscapes pictures; in my anglebyangle walking photography of road and overpasses, I am really at a loss when I gaze at the sun and the views thereunder; I could not keep my hand careful in too many photos; I had a trauma lately when Taal Exploded: you know - why should I have not taken so many pictures of Category:Agoncillo, Batangas and Category:San Nicolas, Batangas - they were - are annihilated and obliterated almost by Category:2020 Taal Volcano eruptions; I would like to take photos of the NLEX from Guiguinto to Balintawak, but even my sibling has 5 cars, he has no jeepney without glasses; I was told that all vehicles must close their windows; I do not like to take photos with the car or bus or truck glasses blocking my camera; I also wanted to take the Skyway, but they would not permit yet the 400 cc motors; just telling my storytale ... sincerely ....Judgefloro (talk) 07:05, 15 January 2021 (UTC)

- Done: a) I put photos in the category Category:Primer of the Katipunan and put New Category therein; the name is English and I could nave named the Category to * [[:Category:Kartilya ng Katipunan| Category:Kartilya ng Katipunan] of Kartilya ng Katipunan; I would consider it my oversight not to have put some photos in this Category:Primer of the Katipunan or b) to have Re-directed to a to be created Category:Kartilya ng Katipunan as Original Name of the Article; at any rate you stated in the Nomination for Deletion pageto Keep some of these photos hence I put the photos in the empty Category Category:Primer of the Katipunan thereat;
- Kartilya ng Katipunan is the Andres Bonifacio’s Decalogue, and the Kartilya ng Katipunan Decalogue of Duties of the Sons of the People The Katipunan Code of Conduct;

- Rejoinder and good point: I always wanted to take photos of interiors of very important Parish Churches with open lights; this only happens during Sundays; more often, when I arrive in Churches from Batangas to Isabela, most Churches are closed and if open their lights are not open; so, if my itinerary is near the place, I would drop by the Church again; my main problem is the exact time of the Mass beginning or ending; more often than not, Mass schedules are posted poorly and erased in time, except those by Jollibee or Malayan Insurance; hence, I did file a good comment on the Mass schedule, for I think it is the only one remaining; Category:Mass schedules in France has only 20 photos and most are poorly built; here, when Parish Priests are transferred, Mass schedules are changed, and I had to get them ... submitted to the sound discretion of the Commons Community sincerely ....Judgefloro (talk) 08:04, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
- Good argument and discussion: My photos used by International public domain I took time to search them in Google, since I accidentally saw when browsing, that many of my photos are and were used continuously by International books, magazines and newspapers inter alia; and no one could guess, what picture of the 1.7 million files they would use; so, as many editors here listened to me, I did ask often: why should we or they or anyone prevent the Public Domain World Planet from being choosy, weird and or ignorant of the good or better photos that they should use?
- And I desire to UNDERSCORE my Lamentation like that of Jeremiah, why why and why did I not put in Commons floods of Photos of the ERASED Annihilated Category:San Nicolas, Batangas and Category:Agoncillo, Batangas and nearby almost obliterated Towns due to Taal Explotion?

- I happen to have met a biologist while in a computer shop uploading and he noticed by pictures; the Macro photography -
- I discussed with him the macro angle by angle photos of tiny movements of these little damned animals to die in just few weeks and reproduce as Salot sa Lipunan;
- If these photos are of ordinary schools, grass or churches, maybe maybe maybe there are redundant; but it takes so much muscle flexing and silence, iyong Pulso ng Kamay to take these DRAMATIC macros; I am therefore not in a position to conclude that these photos are redundant duplicates or Spam, since I would defer these matters to Wikimedia Commons insect or biologist lovers experts on the matter sincerely ....Judgefloro (talk) 09:24, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
