timezones in RussiaEdit

Hello, Maybe you won't have time but i saw you made the actual map of time zones in Russia. The fact is they changed their rules this Sunday and the map needs an update. I'll ask to others if you can not. For the moment I only have those 2 articles New time in Russia on 2014, 26 oct and Donetsk & Luhansk as a reference, which is not enough i guess but is still a start. Thank you.

If you can tell me which districts have been shifted and how then I can try to put together a new map. /Lokal_Profil 18:56, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
Sure. The zones, changes and a map/control website Time&Date map (beware : they slow down if you refresh too often). Someone already made this map so maybe you will only have to check and nothing to draw (?)... Thank you. The main article is Time in Russia.

Afghanistan district reform?Edit

Dear Lokal Profil,

I was using File:Map of Afghanistan, Districts and Provinces.svg from you to draw a map of poppy cultivation. I used Afghan opium survey, p. 9 as template. The I noticed, that in some provinces district borders does not match by any means. Do you know, whether there was a district reform in Afghanistan?--Kopiersperre (talk) 13:04, 6 January 2015 (UTC)

I don't actually know but considering that "my" map is from 2009 it is more than likely. Is the missmatch true for all provinces or only some? I guess the first step would be to look at en:Districts of Afghanistan and check if that (and other language versions) is up to data. POssibly there might also be info in en:List of splits and creations of districts in Afghanistan. If nothing else an up to date basemap would definitely be worth having. /Lokal_Profil 16:25, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
