Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Geograph uploads

I spotted you doing some uploads from the Geograph project. Are you using a tool for this? I have quite a few I wish to transfer and would like to semi-automate the process if possible. Lewis Collard! (lol, internet) 16:48, 18 March 2015 (UTC)

Port Talbot murals

Hi. I noticed you uploaded two murals from Port Talbot - File:Port Talbot Parkway railway station mural (1) - geograph.org.uk - 2832888.jpg and File:Port Talbot Parkway railway station mural (2) - geograph.org.uk - 2832898.jpg. Unfortunately I have had to delete these as they are copyright violations. While the Geograph image is appropriately licensed, the subject of the image is copyrighted, and Freedom of Panorama in the UK does not exempt 2D graphic works (such as murals) from copyright.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this matter. Believe me, lots of people have been tripped up by it in the past, and it is a really annoying part of copyright law. -mattbuck (Talk) 09:17, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
