Copyright violations

Hello ShakataGaNai,

In real life I work in the Library of Rzeszow University. Therefore, I have all the rights in question to place the images on the Internet. What can I do to prove it? What kind of license to choose? Please help in resolving this issue. All these images are additions to the Wikipedia articles about my library (http://bur.univ.rzeszow.pl/eng/index.php) or Podkarpacka Digital Library (http://www.pbc.rzeszow.pl/dlibra/text?id=library-desc) where my library is a participant.

Thank you in advance for any assistance in this matter.

PS. Sorry for my English (google translator assisted).

In that case, you would need to follow the instructions on Commons:OTRS. On that page you will find instructions on how to upload your image, along with whom to email & a suggested template to use. --ShakataGaNai ^_^ 08:27, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

File:Seattle Sculpture Ivar feeding the gulls.jpg

Please give a reason for why you accuse me of copyright violation (and why you delete right away instead of warning before). --X-Weinzar (talk) 11:03, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

I was in Seattle at that time (see my other pictures) and you can compare the exif data to my other pictures. --X-Weinzar (talk) 11:14, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
COM:FOP#United_States As per the deletion notes. --ShakataGaNai ^_^ 02:34, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
Alright, that's what I'd call a "reason". Wasn't aware of that. Anyways, " * 02:22, 17 May 2009 ShakataGaNai (Talk | contribs) deleted "File:Seattle Sculpture Ivar feeding the gulls.jpg" ‎ ([[COM:L|Copyright violation]])" isn't very helpful in my case. Also, just putting the template "Copyvionote" to the user talk page doesn't explain anything. So why don't you state FOP as a reason right away? Just a suggestion to prevent misunderstandings like mine. Regards, --X-Weinzar (talk) 14:28, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
I think I tagged 2 of the 3 with an additional note about FOP. That being said - we don't have an auto note for FOP. Derivative would have been better tag, but meh. --ShakataGaNai ^_^ 02:18, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
