Man... the picture that you deleted from BRILAT is not license you say... but it is my Spanish army unit emblem.It is mine, I have it on my arm, on my uniform and for my service and all those years serving I have the right under Spaniards laws to use such emblem... This is the first time in my life than I hear it is necessary a license for using a military emblem like example into a unit article. Well, then all Spaniards news papers are violating the Spanish Army licenses rights... Great... What about if I take a Picture of my arm... My arm is mine so can I publish that picture or I need a permit from God??? So He is suppose to have all human body rights... Maybe you are not a believer (so I'm not)... on that case I can ask for permission to my DNA...

Ah!!! one question... Need I a license permit too for using my Country Flag picture???

Dla wytłumaczenia Twego odpowiedzialnego głosu wstawiam Tobie zgodę otrzymaną od WKU na wykorzystywanie ich materiałów. Ale nie wiem, czy będziesz na tyle chętny aby przejrzeć do jakich wstawionych zdjęć kilku mądrali się z tego projektu czepia: File:Zgoda Komendanta WKU Gdynia - Wikipedia.jpeg oraz File:BiuroHydrograficzneMarynarkiWojennej - zgoda.JPG. Tak się składa, ze tego typu zgody, trzeba wychodzić i być upierdliwym do bólu. Działania GeorgeHH, Siebranda, którzy nawet nie pofatygowali się aby wysłać maila w języku angielskim do ww. instytucji (są na stronach internetowych) a zarzucają mi łamanie praw autorskich są nikczemne. Widać, że jesteś totalnym ignorantem. Nawet nie pokwapiłeś się by sprawdzić lub zapytać o licencję - najprościej zniszczyć i usunąć. Powodzenia w działaniach destrukcyjnych.

Not "fair use"

The last three video files that I've uploaded are not "fair use", as I've emailed the author concerning whether he chose to license his works under a Commons-permissible license (specifically: GFDL, cc-by-sa, etc.). He responded positively, and copyright was directed to Red Hat, at which point I forwarded the email to permissions-commons. I can't find the exact mailing list webpage where this email would be found, and I'm not clear on the process of OTRS or if I have permission to use it, but I can say with affirmation (if not complete knowledge, as the copyright thing is confusing) that these files are not "fair use", and have been granted uploading permission and a Commons-permissible license by the author, Jonathan Blanford. Przecież obecnie nie istnieje już dzielnica Szopienice, więc nowe grafiki nie mogą do niej należeć. Szopienice to historyczna dzielnica Katowic. Jednym słowem namieszałeś, a ja nie zwróciłam uwagi na to i też zaczęłam umieszczać w złej kategorii. Nawet już się nie dziwię, mam już doświadczenie do czego niektórzy są zdolni. My Cosin Bruno Uderzo Junior took them in 1976. i scanned them. Do my father has to create its own user page to upload photos ? How can i upload frontpages from his books ? Scan them ? I noticed the deletion of Image:Archlinux-official-fullcolour.svg (log). I had the trouble of checking with Judd Vinet, one of the copyright holders, before uploading (still have that e-mail, heh). His answer at the time was that the arch logo was under the FDL license! Now they have it under CC noncommercial, but how does that relate to us having to remove it?

As it seems Szczepan is not online, so I'll try to answer for him.

As far as I can see the reason was continued trolling and a repeated personal attack on his talk-page after I blocked him for a day. Because Mutti is also blocked indef on de and en he is known as a wikimedia-troll, so there was no need of beeing verry nice with the duration of the block. It was shown in past that he often attacks users, wich is inappointelbly on a wiki where community-teamwork is as important as on commons.

The so-called "attack" was labelling a picture of a canary as Jimbo. That little joke justifies no indefinite block IMHO. Having been blocked years ago (!) somewhere else also doesn't justify an indef block. Especially given the fact that Mutter Erde has been doing excellent work here on commons.

This function is now obsolete, as the importScript function was introduced with rev:35064 to the MediaWiki Javascript core library wikibits.js. It also keeps track of already imported files.

Znalazłem stronę pinakoteka.zascianek.pl a w niej stronę czy mogę wykorzystywać obrazy artysty który już nie żyje? Jeśli tak to jakiego szablonu powinienem użyć? I jeszcze jedno pytanie jak założyć nową kategorie (dla fotek z tej strony jeśli można je wykorzystać).

Moje grafiki

Grafiki podane w pierwszym linku nie są moje i nie ma też takich na commons - ja zrobiłem podobne, ale jednak inne. Wyglądają na zrobione tej samej nocy, więc najwyraźniej stąd podobieństwo. Te umieszczone na stronie Muzeum Lubelskiego robione są z okna zamku, natomiast moje z dziedzińca - przyjrzyj się proszę perspektywie. Natomiast zdjęcia w drugim linku jak najbardziej moje - wszystkie oprócz zdjęcia przedwojennego. Ktoś musiał skopiować z commons, ale to dobrze, bo po to dałem taką licencję a nie inną. You are deleting a lot of files with just the simple comment "derivative work". But I cannot see any RfD or talk about it. E. g. The logo of Image:Flasche Veltins.jpg has no threshold of originality, see Commons:Derivative_works#Isn.27t_every_product_copyrighted_by_someone.3F_What_about_cars.3F_Or_kitchen_chairs.3F_My_computer_case.3F. I want you to stop deleting and request your activity on COM:DEL. A discussion is not a voting! I cannot see any comments or as you call it "votes", that grant you to delete all images of type X. Because

1. there were no discussion, no talk

2. each image is an individual case, that is worth to talk about. As you can see the logo of Veltins has no threshold of originality (de:Schöpfungshöhe) in Germany. The bottle is a daily object.

3. You must notify the file uploader. -> Help:Mass deletion request

4. The User:CommonsDelinker is causing harm in all Wikipedias.

There is not any reason for deleting, those were no derivate works at all! You even gave no information about your intention to delete them, that's really no good behaviour. Could you please advise why this image was deleted as a derivative work, when it was uploaded under {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}}, without any notification being placed on my Talk page regarding it? Had someone queried me about it I would have had the opportunity to advise that I created the original image used for the label, therefore it was not a derivative work as claimed, note the bottle shape itself is generic and therefore not copyrighted. Could you please replace the image back on the database and also in my gallery! It also appears you have deleted about 95 other similar images for the same reason. Would you please return the semen2.jpg image that you recently deleted? The article has been used for quite a long time on the en.wikipedia semen article. It survived a deletion request in November of 2006. About a logotipe.

About logotype of iperú in Commons. The "i" into a circle is a universal sign for "tourist information". The true Iperú Logotipe is the "i" into a circle (the universal sign) and bottom this, the word "perú". Therefore, iperu is a peruvian government bureau, like NASA in the USA.

So, I uploaded a pic with both signs but this one that I created with both signs. Is not the official and registered logo of iperú that appears in [5]. It is based in their logo. Because I used the "i" and next to the word "peru".

What can I do? I need a suggestion to add an good logotype, without problems of copyright.

Re: Znaki

Co do T-19 - bazowałem na znalezionej w sieci wersji PNG na której (przynajmniej mi a wzrok mam dobry) trudno było zauważyć postrzępienie pędzla, ale skoro jest błąd to moge poprawić.

Natomiast jeśli chodzi o te białe prostokąty w D-39... odnosze wrażenie że w PNG-kach też są błędy. I co teraz?

as I see, you made some rash deletions and commited some few faults. You deleted these files:

• File:Znak STK.svg
• File:Znak SB.svg
• File:Znak STT-1.svg
• File:Znak STT-2.svg

even thought they was used in some article.

Please read Commons:Deletion policy#General procedure and Commons:Deletion policy#Duplicates. The deletion of duplicate is possible after checking of usage by CheckUsage. All its occurences have be redirected to the kept version. Used duplicate files may not be deleted.

You have disturbed this principle at least in these 5 cases, in result of which CommonsDelinker took out them from the article instead of replacing. In addition, you don't stated names of the new files into edit summary by the deletion.

In 2006, you uploaded File:Relief.JPG, without actually describing it. I mean, it's a relief, yes, but... of what? We had three images called "relief dot jpg" (with various capitalizations), but the others at least had enough details provided so that I could determine that one was from an Indonesian temple and the other was from a Roman temple. This one has no information.
