Supprimer ? Pourquoi ? Le nom m'a l'air correct, les renseignements aussi, la licence de même... A moins que tu ne parles du nom en filigrane sur l'image elle-même ? Les filigranes ("watermarks") sont franchement déconseillés mais pas interdits. Si tu en as la compétence, tu peux l'effacer avec Photoshop (la licence autorise ce genre de manipulation), ou bien mets le modèle {{Watermark}} sur la page et un graphiste viendra à l'occasion enlever ça. le Korrigan →bla 21:38, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Argl, c'est un cas délicat, car tu ne reproduis pas exactement le logo, mais en même temps c'est le sujet principal. J'ai lancé une procédure de suppression "normale" (càd lente) pour pouvoir récolter d'autres avis. Salut. C'était clairement un copyvio, comme le prouvait le petit texte "CP" en bas. Je l'ai effacée. Si tu en vois d'autres comme ça, le bandeau "no permission" est la meilleure solution, si pas de réponse l'image est effacée après une semaine. A+, le Korrigan →bla 21:04, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

Renommage

Salut Tata (y'a pas d'raison...),

Y'a pas de moyen de renommer facilement une image, sinon :

1. Ré-importer l'image avec le nouveau nom.
2. Mettre {{bad name|Nouveau nom.jpg}} sur l'ancienne.
3. Utiliser Check-Usage (onglet "Utilisations") pour changer tous les liens.

Ca me parait bien, mais idéalement il faudrait que le gars change ça lui-même sur l'image (il suffit de se rendre sur l'image, puis de cliquer sur "change" à côté de "some rights reserved" dans la colonne de droite, seul lui peut faire ça.

Sinon, tu peux simplement envoyer cet échange de mails à l'adresse permissions-commons@wikimedia.org, et importer l'image en précisant que l'autorisation est en attente de validation par OTRS...

j'ai rencontré un mec sur le net qui prend des photos de joueur de hockey : http://community.webshots.com/user/eastonpensfan. Je l'ai contacté sur un forum de fans des Penguins de Pittsburgh lui demandant s'il pouvait m'envoyer des photos d'un joueur que je les mette sur commons et il m'en a envoyé deux. J'envoie le mail en question à OTRS ?

Il a dit ok mais par contre il a mis la licence directement en commentaire de la photo et pas dans le bon cadre. ça m'embête un peu d'aller le réembter. L'idéal serait de lui redemmander de corriger le cadre à droite, parce que là, ça fait bizzare. Après pas besoin de passer par OTRS (cf Commons:Flickr images, il faut simplement qu'un trusted user (comme User:Arria Belli) vérifie que l'image est sous licence libre sur Flickr. En regardant les utilisations, on voit que la première n'est pas utilisée alors que la seconde oui (ou tu dégages la seconde mais faudra modifier les pages d'utilisations de celle ci alors)

Salut,

« Cette image, qui provient de Flickr, a été vérifiée le 7 juillet 2009(2009-07-07) par l'administrateur ou l'utilisateur de confiance (trusted user) Yarnalgo, qui a confirmé qu'à cette date, elle était publiée sur Flickr sous cette licence. »

Au moment de l'importation, l'image était placée sous une licence libre compatible avec Wikimedia Commons, ce qu'a confirmé un administrateur. Depuis, l'utilisateur a changé sa licence sur Flickr.

Récemment, ce même utilisateur a libéré à ma demande File:Jean-Marc Morandini le 8 avril 2009.jpg : tu peux voir que la licence est toujours la même sur Commons et Flickr, mais la licence peut changer à tout moment sur Flickr (elle reste toutefois irrévocable sur Commons, d'où la nécessité du modèle cité précédemment).

Tout va bien donc ;)

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Stop nominating images for deletion without first checking their copyright

You have twice made deletions in the past few days of images with the rationale "c'est une copie d'écran d'une vidéo Youtube", alleging this means a copyright violation. In BOTH instances, these images come from videos that to this day remain posted on YouTube with creative commons licensing. You are not even putting the minimum effort to see whether these images came from a video that is in the public domain, or was published to youtube with a creative commons license at the time the photos were uploaded here. Not all YouTube videos are copyright-protected. Some have been released with creative commons licenses, or were created and uploaded by government sources that preclude copyright.
