You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Hey, I saw your message on the talk page, and then I observed that you removed it with an edit summary saying that you did not feel good to ask something like that online. But I would like to let you know that it is completely fine, and this is how Wiki works. If I have the image, I will upload, if not no. Please ask, it is completely fine! @KCVelaga: : Thanks for giving me confidence. I have uploaded the image of the insignia of MARCOS under the GODL-India license (See my uploads). But then I realized that GODL-India doesn't cover military insignia. Can you help me delete it?

Image license

Hi -- I wanted to add some pics posted publicly either in Twitter or FB by govt source like IN/IAF etc. However, everytime I tried uploading I get entangled with permission and the image(s) ended up being delete due to wrong permission. Can you tell me how do I upload publicaly available images with proper license?

@Shashpant: Sure. You have to upload the image as "not my work" in upload wizard. In the next step, you have to mention the url of the picture in the source and the author; and then in the license part, just type "GODL-India|the name of the author here(example:Indian Air Force)". Put closed curly brackets around GODL-India like-"{{}}". Then proceed to upload.— Vaibhavafro ^💬 05:00, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
