Добрый день! Подскажите, пожалуйста, как нам корректно заменить старый логотип на новый? Спасибо большое за ответ! А как его заменить? Мы загрузили новый на викисклад и у нас давно уже новый а странце в википедии. During this round of consultation, we want to discuss the implementation of this policy. As a member of the functionary team of Wikimedia Commons, your opinion on enforcement is of great value. We want to hear from you on how this policy can be enforced on the Wikimedia Commons community and what might be needed to do so. Since I am the one fighting with CommonsDelinker bot now (wildly trying to fix everything about it) I noticed you on the commands page, and I'd like to thank you for your recurring cleanup work. It is helping me since I constantly have to fight about whether an entry is really bad or it's the bot who thought differently, along with wikipedia errors (which cause the bot to choke) and various other adventurous things. So, all in all: keep up the good work! (The processing happens periodically since there are still egregious amounts of pending entries.) --grin ✎ 13:16, 5 March 2021 (UTC)

Well-Informed Optimist, These photos are not advertising content. This is a photo from the life of students of a social project, about which there is an article on Wikipedia. Помогите загрузить фотографию к статье о Бухольц Б. Л.

Я постоянно получаю замечания по поводу нарушения авторских прав при загрузке главной фотографии к статье https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Бухольц,_Бенедикт_Леонович. Я не знаю, как иначе это сделать. Все фотографии загружены мной и лежат на Викискладе. Чьи авторские права я нарушаю, если это фотографии из моего семейного архива? Пожалуйста, вы или кто-то еще сведущий, помогите мне и сделайте это за меня! Почему-то в статье https://testpilot.ru/base/2010/04/buxgolc-b-l/ может быть опубликована фотография Б.Л.Бухольца, взятая владельцем сайта из моей статьи в Википедии, а меня за нее предупредили и убрали из статьи. Я разместила другую - и снова те же самые обвинения. Я не могу понять ваши требования и прошу помощи. Загрузив скан фотографии как собственную работу вы нарушили право авторства создателя оригинального произведения. На сайте testpilot.ru требования не такие строгие, как на Викискладе, где действует превентивный принцип и любые сомнения трактуются в пользу удаления. Естественно, я ничего загружать не буду, так как фотографии из семейного архива с неизвестными авторством и датой публикации не могут использоваться в Википедии даже в порядке добросовестного использования. —Well-Informed Optimist (talk) 09:51, 14 October 2021 (UTC)

Hi Well-Informed Optimist, in Jan 2021 you closed Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Historical textbooks or works in the US National Library of Education/bad license/1925-9 as delete, but many of the files remain, and while the DR is closed those files are still tagged with {{Delete}}.
