Wikimedia Mexico

Wikimedia Mexico (WMMX) is the Mexican chapter founded since 2010 and recognized by Wikimedia Foundation since 2011.

WMMX participates in Commons promoting the donation of media from people, public institutions, archives and so on. We have organized in 2010 and 2011 Wiki Loves Monuments. Besides we used Wikimedia Commons as repository of media that document public events of our chapter.
