Built in the late 19th Century, this Italianate-style apartment building features wooden shingle cladding, a low-pitch hipped roof, wide overhanging eaves, decorative window trim, one-over-one double-hung windows, a front porch with Doric columns, paneled railings, a cornice with dentils, and an open brick pier foundation, a stone base clad in stucco, a one-story bay window on the side facade with a cornice featuring brackets and dentils, and two front entrance doors.
The building is a contributing structure in the Mansion Hill Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
