It was registered as "immovable cultural property" with the decision of Adana Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Board, dated 19 November 1993 and numbered 1611. The building was expropriated by Kozan Mayor Architect Kazım Özgan in June 2004 and after its restoration was completed, it was put into service as a Boutique Hotel and Restaurant in 2008."
