De Boerebroelof is een carnavalsgebruik in Limburg op carnavalsdinsdag, waarbij in een groot gezelschap twee uitverkorenen een schijnhuwelijk aangaan als boer en boerin. In Venlo wordt dit sinds 1912 zo gevierd, maar de oorsprong is onduidelijk. (bron Venloclopedie (1992;20)
