English: D6723 entered service with British Rail in July 1961 and was renumbered 37023 in March 1974. It was withdrawn in February 2009 for preservation. It was named Stratford in November 1991 but this was amended to Stratford TMD Quality Approved in February 1994 but the nameplates were removed in December 1999.
