Chu rei tou in Kanji (忠霊塔), which is awarding grave tower (塔) with engraved name and bone remains basically, for war dead soldier’s soul (霊) with loyalty (忠) during Satsuma Rebellion, First Sino-Japanese War, Russo-Japanese War, Siberian intervention, Mukden incident, Second Sino-Japanese War, and Pacific War. Number of Chureito in Japan more than listed, and nine in China, one each in Singapore and Taiwan in 忠霊塔 site as of May 2024.
